Description

After training at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Tilly has enjoyed a career spanning from the RSC, National Theatre and West End to Absolutely Fabulous. After being asked to coach a Shakespeare workshop at the Actors Centre, Tilly discovered a love of teaching. She subsequently began Audition Doctor and has since forged a reputation for forensic detail with text and character as well as the ability to encourage actors to reach for their true potential.

This is a group workshop where we will be looking at text and character, using the Stanislavski method. Please bring with you a text that you would like to focus on- it could be more than one, if you feel so inspired- either a monologue or scene is entirely up to you. It might be an option to consider coming with a scene partner to the session if you have a duologue or else we can pick a volunteer from the group. This will be a very relaxed and supportive session, where you will be encouraged to explore this brilliantly forensic acting method. All standards welcome, including any actors who have never worked with Stanislavski before.
