Develop your confidence in using improvisation skills to enter the creative space without any pre-conceived ideas and create something out of nothing. This lesson will use a range of exercises, building on the fundamentals of improvisation to help you overcome barriers to spontaneity and understand that creativity needs a framework and parameters to exist. This class will give you the skills and tools to build that framework for yourself and set your own parameters. Lose the fear of improvisation and discover the enjoyment!

Since graduating from Mountview Theatre School (where he was the first ever recipient of a full time scholarship), Andrew has enjoyed over thirty years of stage, screen and radio work. He has worked with the RSC, National Theatre, Royal Court, in the West End, and on No1 tours and regional repertory theatre, as well as touring internationally.

Alongside acting, Andrew worked as a guest director and acting tutor at ALRA (Academy of Live and Recorded Arts) for a number of years, specialising in storytelling, narrative skills, character study and improvisation. He has also worked for PPA and Mountview teaching improvisation and storytelling, as well as at E15 including working on the Living History project and directing Foundation students.
