Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders for classes, courses and events at The New Actors Centre may be cancelled within 14 days of the order being placed.

However, refunds are only available where the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the date of the event booked.

Therefore:

• Cancellation within 14 days of placing the order: You may request to cancel your order.
• Refund eligibility: A refund will only be issued if the cancellation request is received no later than 24 hours before the event.
• Within 24 hours of the event: Cancellations may be accepted, but no refund will be available.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the booking. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

The New Actors Centre reserves the right to amend or cancel events where necessary. Where an event is cancelled by The New Actors Centre, affected customers will be contacted and offered an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement.
