Exploring consonants and their impact on a character and how vowels
can give greater authenticity to our speech and a character’s emotions.
Please bring a contemporary text with you that you would like to explore.
Sarah Kane has been teaching, performing and directing using both Chekhov’s technique
for acting and Steiner’s approach to speech. She has taught and directed regularly in
Germany, Spain, France, the USA, China and India. She currently runs regular classes at
Rudolf Steiner House in central London.
